Q-Do you charge for delivery?

A-For Gift Basket Orders-
Pre-orders received by us 3 or more business days in advance to the preferred delivery date-regardless of the delivery address within the general Downtown Ottawa area-are exempt from delivery charges.  For All Evening deliveries and for Next Business Day delivery, and or for all addresses 12 or more kilometers from the Downtown core-a flat fee of $10.00 is charged. Please contact to arrange for shipping to all outlying and rural area(s).

Q-Do you Deliver the Wedding Party Gifts to me?

A-We deliver larger orders i.e.; Welcome Out of Town Wedding Guest Gifts directly to all local hotels at no charge. Wedding Party Thank-you Gift Sets and all Wedding related Thank-you gifts are typically delivered (locally) directly to the Bride or Groom or the Gifted at no charge.

Q-Do the Gift Baskets come wrapped up in cellophane?

A-Our Gift Baskets are prepared for delivery with all the products piled up high within the base of the gift box with the lid designed into the gift and then all wrapped up with cellophane and adorned with a coordinating satin ribbon.  Most of the gift designs, or custom tailored gifts can also be assembled with all the products placed within the gift box itself with lid closed and then wrapped with coordinating satin ribbon and delivered or shipped as such.

Q-Can I choose from the different products I see from the various gift designs and mix and match to make up a gift?

A-Our pre-designed gift baskets leave here as is on a regular basis, however on occassion customers would like to make up another gift design based on products they see from some of our other gift designs.  We strive to offer a very personalized gift service so just give us a quick call or email us with what you have in mind and we will work with you as we create a really neat gift set.


Q-Can you add a box of Laura Secord chocolates to a gift design?

A-On occassion we do receive requests to add special items to our pre-deisgned gifts. In most cases we can accomodate these requests and to date we have added to our gift designs i.e.; business cards, love letters, engagement announcements, gift certificates, concert tickets, favorite snacks, speciality beverages.


Q-I received a Sassy by Nature Gift Basket Delivery sent from my Sister and I really love the body lotion that was in the gift basket, can I buy this lotion for both of us from your gift service?

A-Yes, we would be pleased to replenish your favorites, however in this case please contact us to arrange for pick up. We do ship most of the individual products that we have in inventory but we do not deliver the individual products from our gift designs locally.


Q-I would like one of your gift baskets shipped to another Province in Canada. How much does that cost?

A-Shipping rates are calucated per gift basket/order based on weight, destination and preferred time frame.  We strive to find the best possible deal, and typically use Canada Post.  The average pre-designed gift basket ships Canada-wide for $10.00 to $15.00. 


Q-Can I pick up the Gift Basket?

A-Yes, in some cases our customers especially those who ordered custom tailored gifts prefer to offer the gift basket to a loved one, friend or associate themselves. Simply let us know if you would prefer to pick up the gift basket.


Q-We have a few employees, asscoiates and special clients coming in from out of town, can we have some welcome guest gifts delivered to all of them at their hotel, or are they just for wedding guests?

A-Yes, all of our pre-designed welcome guest gifts can be custom tailored for the individual, event or occassion.


Q-Do you offer token gifts or favors?

A-Whether you require a half a dozen sassy bridal shower favors, a few funky party favors, or a hundred token thank-you items, contact us to devise the perfect gift appropriate to/for the occasion.
